C-Slide is a cell counting chamber slide used with automated cell counters such as Countess, Countess II, and EVE / EVE Plus. C-Slide is the same as Countess Slide — NanoEnTek is the original developer and manufacturer of Countess and Countess Slide. C-Slide consists of two separate enclosed chambers, each with two ports for sample injection. Each slide can measure two different samples or duplicate counts of the same sample. Unlike conventional hemocytometers, C-Slide is completely disposable and individually packed — convenient and contamination-free. This 1000-slide bulk pack includes 20 tubes of 1.5 ml Trypan Blue 0.4% for high-volume viability staining. |

How to Use1. Mix — Combine 10 µL of cell sample with 10 µL of Trypan Blue 0.4%. 2. Load — Pipette 10 µL into one port of the C-Slide chamber. 3. Count — Insert the slide into your automated cell counter and run the analysis. 4. Dispose — Discard after single use — no cleaning required. |
