The EVE™ HT FL combines brightfield imaging with dual-fluorescence channels (AO/DAPI) to deliver accurate, high-throughput cell counting for cell lines, primary cells, stem cells and PBMCs.

Dual Fluorescence Staining

AO stains all nucleated cells; DAPI selectively stains non-viable cells. Effectively excludes RBCs, platelets and debris from complex samples like PBMCs.
