The MBI Nano-Spectrophotometer 300 is a full-spectrum, UV-Vis micro-spectrophotometer covering 200–800 nm. It requires only 0.5–2 µL of sample to rapidly and accurately detect nucleic acids, proteins, and cell solutions — with results displayed in under 5 seconds.
Equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen running on a customised Android system, the Nano-300 needs no external computer. It features a cuvette mode for measuring bacteria and other culture media concentrations, plus an OD600 function for bacterial cell density estimation. Data can be printed via the built-in printer or exported via USB for analysis and storage.

How to Use
1. Power on — No warm-up required; the device is ready instantly.
2. Load sample — Pipette 0.5–2 µL onto the micro-volume pedestal, or insert a cuvette for OD600/culture media.
3. Measure — Lower the detection arm; the device auto-detects and displays results in under 5 seconds.
4. Output — Print via built-in printer or export data via USB flash drive.
