Chromosome 12 Centromere Probe Detection Kit - 100µL/10 Tests

The chromosome 12 centromere probe is used in conjunction with standard cytogenetic analysis for identifying and enumerating chromosome 12 via fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in interphase nuclei and in metaphase spreads.  The assay is appropriate for cells obtained from bone marrow and peripheral blood of patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or in other patients suspected of having trisomy 12 mosaicism.

The kit uses CEP12 probe orange fluorescein-label to bind CEP12 probe to the target detection site by in situ hybridization.
