Total RNA Extraction
Two-step magnetic bead-based lysis and gDNA depletion, followed by capture of RNA from cells in blood, tissue or cell culture samples in under 15 minutes. No hazardous b-mercaptoethanol addition needed. Obtain purified and high concentrations of RNA free of cell debris, salt, lipid and protein contamination.
