The AccuChip 4x Kit is the official consumable kit for ADAM-MC, ADAM-MC2, and ADAM-CellT automated cell counters. It includes 200 disposable 4-channel slides and AccuStain Solution for fluorescence-based cell counting and viability analysis using Propidium Iodide (PI) .
AccuStain Solution T (2 × 12.5 mL) contains PI with lysis buffer to disrupt all cell membranes for total cell counting. AccuStain Solution N (1 × 12.5 mL) contains PI with PBS to stain only non-viable cells. By comparing total vs. non-viable counts, the ADAM software automatically calculates cell viability.

How to Use
1. Mix T — Combine cell sample with AccuStain Solution T (1:1 ratio) to lyse all cells and stain total nuclei with PI.
2. Mix N — Combine cell sample with AccuStain Solution N (1:1 ratio) to stain only non-viable cells with PI.
3. Load — Pipette 12 µL into the AccuChip 4x slide port.
4. Count — Insert into ADAM counter; the instrument measures total and non-viable cells automatically.
5. Dispose — Discard the slide after single use.
