As the pioneer of German thermocyclers, Biometra has been leading the industry since 1989. Over the years, we have built a vast installation base from coast to coast. Our commitment to our clients extends long after the sale. We maintain, service, and repair all units we sell, including legacy models no longer supported by the manufacturer. By focusing on component-level repairs rather than outright replacements, we keep maintenance costs exceptionally low. For instance, while a new processor board can cost several thousand dollars (if it is even available), our expert team can often repair the existing board for just a few hundred dollars, including parts and labour.
