Galenvs’ SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus PCR-Detection Kit is designed for in vitro detection of SARS-CoV-2 using Real-Time (RT-PCR). The RT and qPCR steps are combined in a single tube allowing rapid one-step preparation.

Galenvs kit also includes a set for primers and hydrolysis probes to differentiate between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV (or bat SARS related CoV) in a dual-plex assay using FAM and HEX filters – compatible with most qPCR instruments.
