The MBI BioSeal-1 Automated Plate Heat Sealer is a high-performance device engineered for rapid, continuous sealing of microplates in high-throughput and automated laboratory environments. Designed to accommodate ANSI and SBS standard plates from 12-well to 384-well formats, the BioSeal-1 handles plate heights ranging from 3 mm to 62 mm—including PCR plates, ELISA plates, deep-well plates, and cell culture plates—with seamless versatility.
The system supports 78 mm roll films in three types: puncturable film, aluminum foil film, and strong heat-sealing film. A built-in independent air source eliminates the need for external compressed air connections, while automatic roll film preloading enables uninterrupted continuous operation. With a sealing cycle time of less than 20 seconds per plate, the BioSeal-1 maximizes throughput without compromising seal integrity.
