Overview
The MBI MyFUGE 5 is a combination mini centrifuge engineered for quick spin-downs of both 5 mL centrifuge tubes and standard 1.5/2.0 mL microtubes. Its unique four-position combination rotor accepts 5 mL snap-cap tubes directly, plus four additional slots for microtubes — all in one compact footprint.
Operation is effortless: simply close the lid and the unit accelerates to a fixed 5,500 rpm. Open the lid and the rotor decelerates to a stop for safe sample removal. Included adapters expand compatibility to 12×75 mm blood/culture tubes and cryovials, while optional adapters support 0.5 mL and 0.2 mL tubes.
At just 1 kg and 140 × 140 × 200 mm, the MyFUGE 5 conserves valuable bench space without sacrificing versatility.
