Overview
The SCO5A SHEL LAB CO₂ Air Jacketed Incubator is engineered for sensitive tissue and cell culture applications. It delivers uncompromising temperature uniformity and rapid CO₂ recovery to maintain stable pH for even the most demanding incubations.
The unique air jacket design provides excellent temperature uniformity of ±0.25°C at 37°C, while the infrared (IR) CO₂ sensor recovers to 5% in under 5 minutes after door openings. Humidity levels up to 95% are maintained through natural evaporation — no external water pan required.
Contamination control is built in: a patented copper-caged HEPA filter, heated door to prevent inner-glass condensation, durable stainless steel chamber, heated copper CO₂ inlet, and autoclavable shelving system. Data logging capabilities are standard.
