Automated Batch Programming
Create and store an infinite number of programs, each with up to 23 unique cycles defining speed, run time, and pause between cycles. Ideal for repetitive processing with minimal operator attention.
Dual Interface Control
Program directly from the unit's built-in keypad or from any laptop/desktop computer via RS232 serial communication using the included PROgrammable software. Override to manual control instantly at any point during a run.
Real-Time Data Graphing & Documentation
As homogenization proceeds, speed and time data are graphed live on the PC screen. Both programs and collected data (set vs. actual time and speed) can be stored, recalled, displayed, or printed for full verification and documentation maintenance.
PROgrammable Software
The included PROgrammable software turns the PRO400PCEL into a fully documented batch-processing workstation. Graph homogenization programs in real time, compare expected versus actual speed and time curves, and generate printable reports for regulatory compliance and SOP verification.
Note: Generator probes or chamber assemblies are required for operation and are sold separately. Viscous samples will reduce maximum processing capacity. Adding a deflector head to your generator probe facilitates sample movement and helps increase maximum homogenizable volume.
