The S-Chip Disposable Sperm Counting Slide is a precision disposable plastic chamber engineered by NanoEnTek for accurate sperm counting and semen analysis. It replaces reusable glass counting chambers with a single-use, shatterproof PMMA slide that requires no coverslip and no post-use cleaning.
Each slide contains two independent enclosed chambers with dedicated ports for sample injection. The 20 µm chamber depth and optimized capillary filling ensure uniform sperm distribution without bubble formation, making the S-Chip compatible with both manual microscopy and CASA (Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis) systems .

How to Use
1. Load — Pipette 2–3 µL of liquefied semen into one port.
