Smart Self-Diagnosis & Safety Systems

The ISF-7100 continuously monitors its own operational health through real-time self-diagnostics. If the actual rpm or temperature deviates from set values, an audible and visible alarm activates immediately. The system automatically adjusts shaking speed when instability is detected—whether from high rpm, overload, weight imbalance, or external vibration. An overcurrent protection device restricts operation if the platform is obstructed, while the dual over-temperature protection (electronic A-OT and mechanical B-OT) ensures sample safety even in the event of electronic failure.

Connectivity: Built-in RS-232 and USB ports enable external PC control and data logging. LC Connected mobile monitoring is available when paired with the optional LC GreenBox accessory.
