At the core of the system is a 144 W high-torque motor driving a 5mm flat-bottom generator probe through proven rotor-stator homogenization technology. The unit draws material into the probe and subjects it to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, achieving consistent tissue disruption, cell lysis, emulsification, dispersion, and particle-size reduction in seconds.

The thumb-operated variable speed control allows one-handed operation with a range of 5,000 to 35,000 RPM, giving researchers exact control over processing intensity. The redesigned ergonomic housing reduces operator fatigue during extended use, while the PRO Quick Connect system enables fast, secure probe changes and easy cleaning.

This Standard Micro Package includes the PRO200 motor unit and one 5 x 75mm flat-bottom PRO Quick Connect generator probe, specifically designed for liquid and soft samples in 500ul, 1.5ml, and 2ml micro-tubes. Volumes as small as 0.05ml can be processed effortlessly.

The PRO200 is compatible with the full range of PRO Quick Connect stainless-steel generator probes from 5mm to 20mm in diameter, supporting sample volumes up to 500ml.
