Supplied complete with shaking racks for both tube sizes, the unit offers a broad temperature and speed range that adapts to bacterial cultures, enzymatic digestions, and other protocols requiring precise thermal regulation combined with controlled agitation.
Mechanical convection creates a uniform and stable environment inside the chamber, while the sturdy, insulated construction ensures stability during high-speed shaking and reduces operating noise. The VorTemp 1550 may also be placed in a cold room for sub-ambient incubation, extending its utility across a wide spectrum of laboratory workflows.
