Dual fluorescence and brightfield channels support AO/DAPI, Trypan Blue, and Erythrosin B staining, while built-in auto aliquoting and dilution further streamline operation. The fluorescence-based method distinguishes debris and counts only nucleated cells, ensuring accurate results even in complex samples such as PBMCs and primary cell preparations.
