Microarray Scanner - MBI Innoscan 1100

SKU: MBIIS1100

The MBI Innoscan 1100 is a 3-color ultra-high resolution fluorescence microarray scanner engineered by Innopsys for multiplexed whole-slide imaging. Featuring a 0.5 μm pixel size (equivalent to 20× microscope magnification), real-time confocal detection with three high-performance analog PMTs, and automated image acquisition via MAPIX software, this system delivers reliable, traceable results for high-throughput research and diagnostic workflows.

Key Features

  • Ultra-High Resolution: 0.5 μm pixel size — equivalent to 20× microscope magnification
  • 3-Color Simultaneous Confocal Detection: High-sensitivity analog PMTs for 488 nm, 532 nm, and 635 nm excitation
  • Real-Time Autofocus: Maintains optimal focal plane during scanning; manual offset adjustment (300 μm range, 1 μm increment)
  • 24-Slide Autoloader (AL Model): Unattended high-throughput operation with automatic barcode reading
  • Dynamic Range: >10⁴ in normal mode; >10⁶ in dynamic extension mode
  • Uniformity: >95% across the scanning area
  • MAPIX Software: Integrated image acquisition and spot quantification with automated workflow control
  • Validation Slide Included: Scanner supplied with a performance verification slide for traceable quality control

Applications

  • Multiplexed protein and nucleic acid microarray analysis
  • Whole-slide fluorescence imaging
  • High-throughput screening with automated sample handling
  • Research and diagnostic assay development
